Neill is the Director of Not Just Rigging Ltd and brings over 20 years of experience in working at height, rescue, and rigging across the theatre and entertainment industries. A skilled trainer and manager, Neill is known for his professionalism, communication, and attention to safety. He has been an IRATA abseiler for 23 years and an IRATA trainer for all levels. His career highlights include a four-year traditional rigging apprenticeship aboard the Cutty Sark, managing the Rigging Department at the National Theatre, and delivering specialist courses at industry training providers. Neill now leads bespoke training and rigging services through Not Just Rigging Ltd.
